The Existing Interiors Of The Government Lodge As Well As Toilet Rooms For The Public In The Building Of The Grand Theater - National Opera Do Not Meet Current Functional, Technical Or Aesthetic Standards, And Their Condition Does Not Correspond To The Rank Of A Public And Representative Facility. As Part Of The Competition, The Ordering Partys Intention Is To Raise The Aesthetic, Functional And Technical Standard Of These Spaces. Due To The Fact That The Existing Sanitary Infrastructure Does Not Meet Current Aesthetic Standards And Does Not Harmonize With The Style Of Historic Interiors And Reduces The Aesthetic Value Of The Theaters Public Spaces, It Is Planned To Reconstruct And Modernize A Total Of 24 Public Toilet Rooms, Located From The Cloakroom Level To The Level Of Balcony Iii, Covering 6 Floors Of The Building, With A Total Area Of ​​611.10 M². The Planned Investment Project Also Includes The Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Government Lodge Salon, Together With A Bar, Facilities And Toilets, With A Total Area Of ​​102.50 M², Located In The Representative Part Of The Facility, Directly Adjacent To The Auditorium And The Main Hall. This Space Has An Important Representative And Functional Function, Therefore Its Standard Should Correspond To The Prestige Of The Institution And The Requirements Of Modern Users. The Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Interior Of The Government Lodge Is Also Necessary Due To The Need To Adapt The Existing Installations To The Applicable Technical, Construction And Sanitary Regulations As Well As The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For People With Disabilities.
