Further Details Will Be Communicated At The Beginning Of The 1St Dialogue Phase As Part Of The Invitation To Participate In The 1St Dialogue Phase As Part Of The Task Description Via The Procurement Platform. As Part Of The First Dialogue Phase, Individual Consultations Should Be Held With The Bidders In Order To Create A Common Understanding Of The Planning And Construction Task And To Enable A Dialogic Solution To Be Found With The Client And, If Necessary, Other Stakeholders. The Dialogue Discussions Are Conducted In Compliance With The Principles Of Equal Treatment. The Services Expected To Be Developed By The Bidders In The First Dialogue Phase Are Section Iii. To Be Removed. After The Submission Deadline Has Passed, The Companies Will Present The Preliminary Planning Dialogue Contributions One After The Other At A First Committee Meeting. It Is Then Envisaged That The Client, If Necessary With The Involvement Of An Advisory Committee, Selects The Best Dialogue Contribution Based On The Announced Evaluation Criteria, Which, After A Construction Examination, Is Submitted To The Funding Provider As Part Of The Approval Process
