Lac La Biche County Invites Qualified Design-Build Teams To Submit Proposals For The Design And Construction Of The Macarthur Place Community Hall Expansion, Lakefront Deck Expansion, And Lakefront Commercial Market Development Located In Lac La Biche, Alberta.This Project Is Intended To Preserve And Enhance An Important Civic And Historic Landmark While Creating A Vibrant Lakefront Destination That Supports Community Use, Tourism, Small Business Activity, Public Gathering, And Economic Development. Qualified Proponents With Demonstrated Experience In Municipal Facilities, Community Spaces, Commercial Market Development, Waterfront And Public Realm Projects, Heritage-Sensitive Design, And Design-Build Delivery Are Invited To Submit Proposals.
