NOTICE FOR PREQUALIFICATION Auto Workshops for Repair & Maintenance of Official Vehicles (FY 20262027) The Press Information Department (PID), Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of Pakistan, intends to pre-qualify invites sealed tenders from reputable, experienced, and tax-compliant authorized service providers/Auto Workshops/Firms/contractors for the repair and maintenance of official vehicles, Motor Cycles & Scotter including but not limited to battery and tyre replacement, puncture services, air-conditioned, oil change, car poshish and related maintenance work on a need basis during the Financial Year 20262027. Eligibility Criteria Interested firms must: Have established operational offices in all major cities, including Islamabad. Be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for both Income Tax and Sales Tax. Be registered on the PPRA e-PADS 2.0 portal. Submission of Proposals Tender documents are available at: www.pid.gov.pk and on the e-PADS portal. Bidders must submit proposals through e-PADS 2.0 only, duly signed and stamped. A Security Deposit of Rs. 100,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Thousand only) in the form of a Pay Order in favor of the Drawing & Disbursing Officer, Press Information Department, Islamabad must be uploaded. Hard copy submissions shall not be accepted or entertained. Deadline for Submission July 29, 2026 (by 11:00 PM) Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be considered. Terms & Conditions 1. The selected Auto Workshop(s) shall be responsible for providing services nationwide as and when required. 2. Payment will be processed upon submission of verified invoices, forwarded to AGPR for pre-audit and cheque issuance. 3. All operational expenses (fuel, tolls, parking, etc.) shall be borne by the service provider. 4. Bidders must provide: o National Tax Number (NTN) o Sales Tax Registration Number o AGPR Vendor Number o IBAN details 5. All applicable government taxes will be deducted at source as per prevailing rules. 6. The Press Information Department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason as per PPRA Rules. 7. The quoted rates must remain valid up to June 30, 2027. Important Notes Blacklisted firms/bidders are not eligible to participate. Incomplete, partial, or conditional proposals will be rejected. Late submissions will not be considered.
