1. National Grid Company (NGC) of Pakistan Limited the Employer, intends to get the Works done for Tender No. XEN-EHV-TLCLHR-02(R)-2026 through NGCs own resources. The Scope of Works includes Construction and Completion of Civil Works, Erection, Stringing, Testing & Commissioning for Protection Measures of Tower Nos. 118 & 119 of 500kV Nokhar-New Lahore Single Circuit Quad Bundle T/Line. 2. The Employer invites sealed bids from eligible firms or persons licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category for the above scope of Works. National Competitive Bidding (NCB) will be conducted in accordance with PECs Single Stage-Two Envelope (SSTE) procedure. 3. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by an interested Bidder on submission of a written application to the above office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 5,000/- Rupees up to 24.07.2026 during working hours.. 5. This invitation for bids is open to all bidders meeting the eligibility requirement as per bidding documents 6. The bidder intending to participate in the bidding process must fulfill the criteria as specified in the bidding documents. 7. The bids must be received by the Employer through e-PADS before the bid submission deadline. 8. The bids must be submitted through e-PADS only on or before 27.07.2026 at 13:00 HRS, however, Bid Security is required to be submitted in Original (hard copy) before bids closing deadline, at the address mentioned at Sr. No. 3. Technical bids will be opened at 13:30 HRS on the same day, in the presence of Bidders representatives who choose to attend at the same address. 9. All bidders must fill in check list before submission of bid in their own interest as per section G of Instructions to Bidders which is a mandatory requirement. 10. NGC reserves all its rights regarding rejection of bids as defined in Clause 33(1) of PPRA Rules 2004.
