The project includes the implementation of specialized vocational training programs that respond to the needs of the labor market, in addition to developing life skills and providing opportunities to support economic initiatives, which contributes to improving livelihood opportunities and enhancing self-reliance among beneficiaries . The training topics were selected based on a systematic study of labor market needs, conducted in cooperation with the community in Tripoli .
