1. Name Of The Task Given By The Ordering Party: Reconstruction Of The District Road No. 3240D, Ul. Wojska Polskiego In Polanica-Zdrój, Approx. 0.76 Km Long2. The Subject Of This Public Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of District Road No. 3240D Ul. Polish Army In Polanica-Zdrój, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Bill Of Quantities And Draft Provisions Of The Contract.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Execution Of Preparatory, Measurement And Security Works As Well As Organization And Liquidation Of Construction Facilities; 2) Introduction, Maintenance And Liquidation Of Temporary Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works; 3) Execution Of Demolition Works And Milling Of The Existing Bituminous Surface; 4) Execution Of Earthworks And Preparation Of The Ground For The Designed Road Elements; 5) Construction Of The Road Surface Along With Laying Bituminous Layers; 6) Reconstruction Of Individual Exits And Public;7) Construction And Reconstruction Of Sidewalks And Other Elements Intended For Pedestrian Traffic;8) Construction Of Roadsides In Accordance With The Design Documentation;9) Performance Of Works Related To Road Drainage, Including In Particular The Construction Of The Designed Street Inlet, Regulation Of Existing Inlets And Stormwater Drainage Wells, And Cleaning Of Existing Drainage Devices;10) Installation Of Road Traffic Safety Elements, Including Protective Barriers, Handrails And Handrails;11) Construction Of Vertical Markings And Other Organizational Elements Traffic Provided For In The Design Documentation; 12) Carrying Out Finishing, Reconstruction And Cleaning Works; 13) Carrying Out The Required Examinations, Tests And Measurements And Preparing Acceptance Documentation; 14) Carrying Out All Works And Activities Necessary For The Proper Execution And Commissioning Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Perform The Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Stwiorb, Applicable Law, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And The Instructions Of The Supervision Inspector; 2) Provide Service Surveying Of The Works, Including Carrying Out The Necessary Measurements And Surveying Documentation Required By Law; 3) Securing And Properly Marking The Construction Site Throughout The Entire Period Of The Works; 4) Ensuring Road Traffic Safety And The Safety Of People And Property During The Works; 5) Ensuring, To The Extent Resulting From The Technology Of The Works, The Possibility Of Access To Properties Adjacent To The Investment Area; 6) Carrying Out The Works In A Way That Limits Disruptions To Road Users To The Minimum Necessary; 7) Ensuring The Continuity Of Operation Existing Drainage And Securing Technical Infrastructure Devices Located Within The Scope Of The Works Being Carried Out;8) Managing Waste Generated During The Implem
