Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works In The Building Of The Library + Cultural Center In Czarny Bór, Including: For: A) Insulation Of External Walls, B) Insulation Of The Roof, C) Replacement Of Windows And Display Cases, D) Replacement Of Doors, E) Installation Of Additional Photovoltaic Panels With A Power Of 7.0 Kwp.2) The Thermal Modernization Works In Question Will Be Carried Out In A Building That Is In Normal Use, Therefore The Contractor Should Carry Out Construction Works In Such A Way As To Enable Users Of This Building Access To The Facility And Normal Functioning. The Work Performed Should Be Carried Out In Such A Way As To Limit As Much As Possible Their Negative Impact On The Buildings Users.3) Location: The Building Of The Library + Cultural Center In Czarny Bór Is Located At Ul. Sportowa 43, Plot No. 779/1, Precinct 0002 Czarny Bór. 4) Other Requirements: A) The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Works In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Industry Regulations, Taking Into Account Occupational Health And Safety Regulations. B) During The Implementation Of The Works, The Contractor Will Ensure The Participation Of: - A Manager Of Construction Works With The Required Construction Qualifications To Supervise Insulation Works And The Replacement Of Windows And Doors (Unlimited Construction Industry) And A Manager Of Construction Works In The Electrical Industry Without Restrictions, Having The Required Construction Qualifications To Supervise Works Related To The Expansion Of Installations Photovoltaic, C) The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Works That Are The Subject Of This Contract Using Equipment, Devices And Materials Of A Quality That Meets The Applicable Regulations, Norms, Standards And Conditions; Materials And Equipment Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Contract Are Provided By The Contractor; The Materials And Devices Used Should Meet The Requirements Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law, I.E.
