1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Renovation Of The Roof In The Majdan Forest Settlement, Which Is Located At: Majdan 1A, 23-310 Modliborzyce. 2. Scope Of Renovation Works To Be Performed: - Dismantling The Existing Roof Covering On The Entire Roof Surface (Ceramic Roof Tiles Intended For Re-Laying And Possibly Supplementing The Missing Elements), Along With The Dismantling Of Battens And Counter-Battens; - Replacement Of Roof Windows In Compliance With The Principles Of Warm Installation, Using Existing Sealing Flashings And Performing The Necessary Sheet Metal Work; - Removal Of The Existing Roof Membrane, Moisture-Proof Insulation And Any Contamination From Roof Slope; - Inspecting The Structure Of The Roof Truss And Making Necessary Repairs, Replacing Or Strengthening Its Elements; - Replacing Thermal Insulation Between The Rafters; - Impregnating All Wooden Elements Of The Roof Structure With A Fungicide And Insecticide; - Making A New Layer Of A Highly Vapor Permeable Roof Membrane, Tightly Inserted And Connected To The Elements Of Roof Windows And Chimneys; - Rebuilding Chimneys Using New Clinker Bricks; - Making New Chimney Caps With Drips And Installation Of Permanent Ends Of Chimney Ducts (Grids, Roofs); - Installation Of New Counter Battens And Roof Battens In Accordance With The Required Spacing For The Existing Roof Covering; - Ensuring Proper Ventilation Of The Roof Slope By Maintaining A Ventilation Gap And Making Inlet And Outlet Holes, As Well As Installing Eaves Combs, Ridge Strips And Nets Protecting Against Birds And Insects; - Making New Sheet Metal Flashings From Steel Sheets Coated In The Color Of The Roof Covering And Making Eaves Soffits From Boards; - Re-Installation Of Ceramic Roof Tiles, Ridge Tiles And System Snow Barriers, With The Replacement Of Missing Or Damaged Elements; - Installation Of A Lightning Protection System Along With Carrying Out The Required Measurements And Preparation Of Acceptance Reports; - Possible Repairs In The Scope Of Making A Suspended Ceiling Made Of Gkf Boards Or Moisture-Proof Gk Boards; - Ventilation Of Rooms Along With The Processing And Removal Of Overhangs.
