Carrying Out Construction And Installation Works In The Scope Of Renovation And Reconstruction Of Office Rooms In Building B Of The Hospital For The Needs Of Medical Offices And Histopathology Laboratories, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of December 18, 2017 On Organizational Standards Of Health Care In The Field Of Pathology, Guidelines Of The Polish Society Of Pathologists And With Adaptation To The Applicable Sanitary And Epidemiological Regulations, Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations, And Other Detailed Regulations In The Scope Of The Planned Function. The Reconstruction Of Rooms Results Primarily From The Need To Adapt The Rooms To Functional, Ergonomic, Aseptic And Technical Requirements. And In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Provincial Commander Of The State Fire Service, A Technical Expert Opinion On The Fire Protection Condition Of The Building Of The Specialist Gynecological And Obstetric Hospital. E. Biernackiego At Ul. Paderewskiego 10 In Wałbrzych, As Well As In Accordance With Sanitary And Epidemiological Regulations. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes, Among Others: 1) Demolition Works, Including Demolition Of Parts Of Partition Walls; 2) Construction Of New Partition Walls; 3) Replacement Of Doors And Windows; 4) Construction Of New Sanitary, Electrical And Ict Installations; 5) Replacement Of The Water Installation; 6) Replacement Of The Central Heating Installation; 7) Replacement Of The Sanitary Sewage System; 8) Replacement Of Wall Cladding And Floors;9) Construction Of A Ventilation And Air-Conditioning System;10) Replacement Of Lighting With Energy-Saving Ones;11) Preparation Of The Workshop In Terms Of Technological Process For The Required Devices;The Contractors Obligation Is Also To Prepare A Fire Safety Instruction For The Entire Facility Along With A Scenario Of The Development Of Events. These Documents Are Required Components Of The Acceptance Documentation For The Work Performed.
