Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party, In The Field Of Trenchless Renovation Of The Storm Sewage System: A) Sewage Facilities, Including Gravity Sewage Networks, Sewage Wells In The City Of Gliwice. 2) The Scope Of Works Includes Trenchless Renovation Of The Storm Sewage System (Network And Sewage Wells), According To The Needs Of The Employer. The Works Should Be Carried Out On Existing Networks And Wells Located In The City Of Gliwice, With The Following Parameters: A) Sewage Networks With A Circular Cross-Section - Diameters From 150 Mm To 1200 Mm And Pipes With An Egg-Shaped Cross-Section Max. Dimensions 900/1350 Mm, B) Material (Networks, Wells): Concrete, Stoneware, Cast Iron, Steel, Pe, Pp, Reinforced Concrete, Pvc, Grp, Brick, C) Sewage Networks Are Located At Depths Of Up To 12 M Below Ground Level, D) Sewage Networks May Occasionally Run At Great Depths, As Well As Be Located In Public Roads, Streets, Sidewalks, Green Areas, Roads Ground, Roadsides, Private Properties, Under Watercourses (Siphons), Embankments, Viaducts, Bridges, In Suspended Structures And Located In Areas Requiring Supervision By A Conservator.3) The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed Using Trenchless Technology Of A Seamless Sleeve Hardened By Uv Rays, In Accordance With The Data Specified In The Technical Specification. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Made In A Way That Ensures The Full Strength Of The Cable After Completion Of The Work. Before Starting The Linear Renovation, The Pipeline Should Be Cleaned, All Sharp Edges Of The Pipes Protruding Into The Canal Should Be Removed, The Protruding Canals Should Be Ground Down, The Ingrown Roots Should Be Removed With A Cutter Under The Control Of A Camera With Film Documentation, And Then The Materials Should Be Selected In Quantities Resulting From The Manufacturers Guidelines And Resulting From The Scope Of Work And The Technology Used. After Installing The Uv Sleeve From At Least 3 - Three Sections Of The Given Renovation, Samples Should Be Taken For Testing And Confirmed With A Document After The Compliance Test. The Place Of Samples For Testing Is Indicated By The Person Supervising The Works On The Part Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Corrugations On The Sleeves At Narrowings In The Channel, Apart From Significant Shifts At Pipe Connections And In Places Where Short Sleeves Are Installed. During Linear Renovations, All Active Sewage Connections Must Be Restored And Leaks Between The Main Sewer And The Connection Must Be Secured With Type C Hardened Cap Fittings. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Supplementing/Replacing Manhole Steps, Filling In Gaps In Wells And Careful Profiling/Construction (If They Are Missing) Of Bases Along The Renovation Route. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed After Prior Written Arrangement Of The Date Of Entry To The Property
