1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of Municipal Road No. 103053L In Białka Dolne From Km 0+000.00 To Km 0+760.00.2. The Investment Is Co-Financed By The Government Road Development Fund.3. The Order Covered By The Subject Of These Proceedings Has Not Been Divided Into Separate Parts. The Failure To Divide The Order Was Dictated By Technical, Organizational And Financial Reasons And The Nature Of The Subject Of The Order. Any Division Of The Order Into Lots Would Not Increase Competitiveness In The Small And Medium-Sized Enterprise Sector - The Scope Of The Order Is Typical, Enabling Contractors From The Group Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises To Submit An Offer. In Accordance With Recital 78 Of Directive 2014/24/Eu, The Contracting Authority Should Be Obliged To Consider The Advisability Of Dividing Contracts Into Lots, While Retaining The Freedom To Make Autonomous Decisions On Any Basis It Considers Appropriate, Without Being Subject To Administrative Or Judicial Supervision.4. The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Modernization Of The Asphalt Road Surface, 2) Reconstruction Of Earthen Roadsides Into Crushed Aggregate Roadsides, 3) Construction Of A Sidewalk With A Paving Stone Surface, 4) Construction Of An Exit To The Water Treatment Plant, On A 760-Meter Section On The Municipal Road No. 103053L In The Town Of Białka Dolne, In The Ułęż Commune.5. The Order Should Be Performed In Particular In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Swz And The Contract (Annex No. 10 To The Swz).
