Tenders Are Invited For Interpreting And Written Translations For The Needs Of Organizational Units Of The Senate Chancellery

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Translation And Interpreting Services Related To The Handling Of Visits Of Foreign Delegations, Trips Abroad, Meetings With The Participation Of Foreign Guests And Conferences, Training And Other Events Organized By The Senate And The Senate Chancellery, Preparation Of Documents And Exchange Of Official And Unofficial Correspondence, And Preparation Of Publications Issued By The Senate Chancellery, For 24 Months Starting From The Day Following The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1.1. Written Translations Of: Protocols, Reports, Speeches, Guidelines, Opinions, Regulations, Legal Standards, Information Materials And All Correspondence In This Regard, Including Materials Related To Polands Membership In The European Union, In The Field Of International Law, International Relations, Official Correspondence In Accordance With The Rules Of Diplomatic Protocol, Post-Conference Materials And Publications, Including Popularizing And Educational Ones;1.2. Substantive And Linguistic Verification Of Written Translations Of The Materials Referred To In Points 1.1;1.3. Writing Down A Text Soundtrack (Audio Description);1.4. Simultaneous Translations, Including Whispered Ones, During Meetings, Visits, Conferences, Training Courses And Seminars Organized In Poland And Abroad;1.5. Consecutive Interpreting During Meetings, Visits, Conferences, Training And Seminars Organized In Poland And Abroad.2. In Annex No. 1 To The Opz, The Ordering Party Presented The Planned International Cooperation Of The Senate Chancellery During The Term Of The Contract.3. The Order Includes Translation Services In European And Non-European Languages. Attachment No. 1 To The Opz Contains A List Of Foreign Languages ​​In Which Translations Are Planned During The Term Of The Contract.4. The Order Includes Oral And Written Translations Regarding The Issues Of International Relations And Interparliamentary Cooperation, Including Those Related To Polands Membership In The European Union, And International Law, From Polish Into A Foreign Language, From A Foreign Language Into Polish And From A Foreign Language Into Another Foreign Language. The Contractor Must Guarantee A High Level Of The Services Offered, As Well As Punctuality Of Their Implementation.5. When Providing An Interpreting Service, It Will Be Necessary To Provide Consecutive And Simultaneous Translations, Including Whispered Ones. For One Event, The Ordering Party Expects From 1 To 20 Translation Blocks Into One Language. As Part Of Interpreting, There Is A Need To Provide Translations From A Foreign Language Directly Into Another Foreign Language Or For One Translator To Use Two Foreign Languages ​​While Handling One Event.6. In Exceptional Situations, The Translator May Be Required To Have A Security Clearance Allowing Access To Classified Information Marked Secret.7.
