The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Pre-Cleaning Works Carried Out On A Sedimentation Pond Located On The Słupia River, Constituting An Element Of The Infrastructure Providing Access To The Port Of Ustka, In An Estimated Amount Of 3,500.00 M³, Together With The Transport And Removal Of Spoil To A Sea Dump Site Located Approximately 2.0 Nm From The Place Of Works. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Bathymetric Measurements Before The Commencement Of The Works, After Their Completion And In The Cases Specified In The Opz, Collection And Testing Of Excavated Samples, Obtaining The Required Administrative Decisionsb) Extraction, Removal And Management Of Two Navigational Obstacles Located Within The Port Of Ustka2.
