1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Select A Contractor For Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled: Modernization Of The Roof Of The Main Building Of The Lung Diseases Hospital In Siewierz Sp. Z O. O.2. The Detailed Scope Of Work Covered By The Agreement Is Specified In The Opz Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz And Stwiorb Annex No. 6 Together With Bills Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz.3. Individual Works Will Be Performed In The Building Of The Lung Diseases Hospital In Siewierz At Ul. Oleśnickiego 21.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party A Material And Financial Schedule Of The Subject Matter Of The Agreement Within 7 Days From The Conclusion Of The Agreement. The Schedule Must Include All Costs Constituting The Offer Price, Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Agreement, Divided Into The Costs Of Preparing Design Documentation And The Costs Of Carrying Out Construction Works And Elements Subject To Acceptance. The Schedule, After Written Acceptance By The Ordering Party Under Pain Of Nullity, Will Constitute An Integral Part Of The Agreement. In Justified Cases, During The Performance Of The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Update The Schedule At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Within 3 Days, And Submit It To The Ordering Party For Approval In Writing Under Pain Of Nullity.5. The Materials And Equipment Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Provided By The Contractor At Its Own Expense.6. The Subject Of The Agreement Will Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law Together With The Implementing Provisions To The Act In Question, I.E. The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of February 6, 2003 On Occupational Health And Safety During The Performance Of Construction Works, The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications Of Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program, Technical And Construction Regulations, Applicable Standards, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Construction Practice And Instructions Of The Supervision Inspector.7. The Contractor Undertakes To Guard The Property Located On The Construction Site, As Well As Ensure The Safety Of People On The Construction Site And Keep The Construction Site In Good Order, Free From Any Obstacles, Including Communication Obstacles.8. The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out Construction Works In A Way That Does Not Disrupt The Current Operation Of The Ordering Partys Business And In A Way That Does Not Threaten The Safety Of People Staying And Using The Lung Diseases Hospital In Siewierz.9. The Contractor, Without Separate Remuneration, Undertakes To Supply Electricity And Other Necessary Utilities To The Construction Site, And Also Undertakes To Bear The Curre
