1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Granting Of Licenses Authorizing The Use Of A Legal Information System Containing Databases Of Legal Acts, Judgments, Comments And Other Tools. The System Is Made Available Online Via The Internet For 360 Simultaneous Users, Of Which: 1) 300 Simultaneous Accesses Will Be Provided Via Ip Addresses Indicated By The Ordering Party; 2) 60 Simultaneous Personal Accesses Will Be Carried Out Using Logins And Passwords Sent To E-Mail Addresses Indicated By The Ordering Party, Through The Administration Panel Made Available To The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Draft Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.2. The Subject Of The Agreement Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Draft Agreement, Including The Opz And The Contractors Offer.3. The Basic Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Agreement Includes Granting The Licenses Referred To In Section 1, Within The Period Specified In § 2 Section 1 Of The Draft Agreement.4. The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Agreement Covered By The Renewal, As Well As The Rules For Initiating The Renewal, Are Regulated In § 3 Of The Draft Agreement.
