Tenders Are Invited For Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of A Dci Digital Cinema Projector With A Projection Lens, A Digital Cinema Server And A Laptop With Control Software

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of A Dci Digital Cinema Projector With A Projection Lens, A Digital Cinema Server And A Laptop With Control Software For The Cultural Activities Of The Ostrów Cultural Center. The Order Includes Purchase, Delivery, Installation, Assembly Of Devices, Configuration And Operation Training At The Ordering Partys Premises. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Dismantle The Old Projection Set.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Including Technical Parameters And Other Guidelines Is Set Out In Annex No. 6: Description Of The Subject Of The Order.3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New (Year Of Production Not Older Than 2025), Not Exhibited At Exhibitions Or Fairs, Technically Efficient, Safe, Undamaged, Free From Defects, Complete, Suitable For Proper Operation In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Standards, And Must Also Meet The Minimum Parameters Specified By The Ordering Party.4. On-Site Visit:4.1. Before Submitting An Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Visit The Site. A Report Of The On-Site Visit Will Be Prepared, Signed By Both Parties, Which Will Constitute Confirmation Of The On-Site Visit. The On-Site Visit Will Take Place With The Participation Of The Ordering Partys Representative.4.2. The Date Of The On-Site Inspection Must Be Agreed With The Ordering Party, And The Contractor Should Declare His Willingness To Carry Out The Inspection No Later Than 2 Days Before The Intention To Carry Out The Inspection, Taking Into Account That For Organizational Reasons It May Take Place From Monday To Friday, From 8:00 A.M. To 4:00 P.M. The Ordering Party Will Make Every Effort To Ensure That The Inspection Takes Place At A Time Convenient For The Contractor.4.3. If An Offer Is Submitted Without Completing The Mandatory On-Site Visit, The Offer Will Be Rejected Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law.5. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Warranty For The Subject Of The Order For A Period Of Not Less Than 2 Years, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol. Increasing The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Contract Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers In This Procedure.6. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Physical Defects Of The Subject Of The Contract Under Warranty For A Period Of 2 Years From The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol.7. Place Of Delivery And Assembly/Installation: Cinema Hall Of The Ostrowski Cultural Center At Ul. Wolności 2 In Ostrów Wielkopolski.8. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts Because It Constitutes An Integral Whole. At The Same Time, Splitting The Order Carries The Risk Of Problems With Device Compatibility Resulting In Incorrect Operation And Problems With Coordination Of Assembly And Installation.
