The Subject Of The Order Is To Equip A Nursery, Which Will Be Located In A Renovated Building At Ul. Marii Konopnicka 370A, 42-260 Kamienica Polska The Nursery Will Be A New Institution And It Is Planned To Create 16 Childcare Places, Financed By The Maluch+ 2022-2029 Program. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Delivery And Installation Of Equipment For Cloakrooms, Nursing Rooms, Bathrooms And Rooms. Social Room, Kitchen, Principals Office And The Purchase Of Toys And Teaching Aids. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 8 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. If The Documents Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicate The Trade Name Of The Company, Goods Or Product, The Ordering Party - In Relation To The Parameters Or Data (Technical Or Any Other) Indicated Directly In The Tender Documentation, Directly Or Indirectly Identifying The Goods Or Product - Allows Equivalent Solutions Consistent With The Technical Data And Parameters Contained In The Above-Mentioned Documentation. Equivalent Solutions Should Be Understood As Solutions With Parameters Not Worse Than Those Required And Included In The Documentation. If The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Documentation, But Does Not Provide The Minimum Parameters That Would Confirm This Equivalence - The Contractor Is Obliged To Offer A Product With Similar Properties, Functionally Suitable For The Required Application. Proper Names Are Only Of Auxiliary Nature To Determine The Basic Parameters And Features Of The Materials Used. In All Places In The Specification Of The Terms Of Order And In The Annexes To The Swz Where A Specific Manufacturer Or Proper Name Of Materials Is Indicated, The Ordering Party Adds The Entry Or Equivalent. Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz.
