The Subject Of The Order Is The Loading, Collection, Transport And Processing Of Stabilized Municipal Sewage Sludge With The Code 19 08 05 Generated At The Sewage Treatment Plant In Tomaszów Lubelski, Lublin Voivodeship, With An Estimated Amount Of 1000 Mg./12 Months.2. The Sludge Should Be Loaded And Transported To The Processing Site Using The Equipment Of The Contractor Who Has The Appropriate Permit And Entry In The Bdo Register In The Scope Related To The Order.3. Place Of Loading: Sludge Storage Square (Pso) At The Sewage Treatment Plant In Tomaszów Lubelski, Ul. Petera 63, Lublin Voivodeship. Each Vehicle Will Be Weighed On The Ordering Partys Vehicle Scale Located At Ul. Peter 65.5. Confirmation Of Acceptance Of Sludge For Processing Will Be Made Electronically On The Basis Of The Waste Record Card (Bdo) Prepared By The Ordering Party.6. If, During The Term Of The Contract, There Is No Need To Export Sewage Sludge In The Amount Specified In The Order, I.E. 1000 Mg, The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect, Including Financial Ones. The Ordering Party Guarantees That The Total Amount Of Sewage Sludge To Be Transported Will Not Be Lower Than 50% Of The Amount Indicated In The Preceding Sentence.7. Sludge Characteristics: Sludge Dewatered At A Dewatering Station And Chemically Stabilized With Quicklime.
