The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Dismantling Of The Existing Hydraulic Lift With Removal Of The Dismantled Lift, Electrical Power Supply Installation, Rubble, Scrap And Hydraulic Oil And Their Disposal, 2) Protection Against Unauthorized Access Of The Door Openings Created After Dismantling The Landing Doors Of The Current Lift, 3) Delivery And Installation In The Existing Shaft Of A Brand New Passenger Lift Adapted To Transport Disabled People, Performing The Necessary Electrical And Construction Works, Including Including: A) Adaptation Of The Electrical And Telecommunications Installation To The New Operating Conditions Of The Installed Lift, B) Adaptation Of The Lighting Installation And Accessories In The Shaft, C) Replacement Of The Elevators Electrical Protection, D) Plugging Of Unnecessary Openings Between The Shaft And The Engine Room, E) Renovation Of The Paint Coatings Of The Elevator Shaft (Including The Engine Room And The Shaft Pit), F) Performance Of All Accompanying Works: Demolition, Bricklaying, Plastering, Painting In The Scope Of The Performed Works Works, G) Elevator Equipped With Braille Buttons, H) Elevator Equipped With An Induction Loop For People With Hearing Loss. 2. The New Device Must Meet The Requirements In Accordance With The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs, Along With Obtaining The Necessary Consents And A Decision Of The Office Of Technical Inspection Authorizing Its Operation. The Application To The Office Of Technical Inspection Is Submitted By The Ordering Party As The Operator. The Cost Of Preparing Technical Documentation Is Borne By The Contractor. 2.1 The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare The Crane And Participate In Annual Periodic Tests Before The Inspector Of The Technical Office. 2.2 Providing A Warranty For Devices, Installations And Accessories As Well As For All Work Performed Requires A Minimum Warranty Period Of At Least 36 Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol And Putting The Elevator Into Operation.
