The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims For Damages Against The Ordering Party For Ordering A Smaller Quantity Of Pellets By The Ordering Party. The Product Should Meet The Parameters Specified In The Din Plus Or En Plus A1 Standard. The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of A Din Plus Or En Plus A1 Certificate With The Offer, Issued To The Contractor Who Submits An Offer In The Procedure. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Expects A Single Quantity Of Pellets To Be Ordered In The Range Of 13 - 16 Tons.
