1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Transport Of Students To An Educational Institution In The Bądkowo Commune In The 2026/2027 School Year On The Basis Of Personal Monthly Tickets. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Subject Of The Order In The Period From September 1, 2026 To June 29, 2027.2. Transport Will Consist Of Two Trips In The Morning And Three Trips In The Afternoon. In The Period From June 28, 2027 To June 29, 2027, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Implement, On Each Of The Routes (Route 1, Route 2, Route 3) Only The 2Nd Morning Course And The 2Nd Afternoon Course For Children Attending Kindergartens And Pre-School Classes). A Detailed List Of Stops On Bus Routes (Annex No. 2 To The Swz) And A Map With Bus Routes And Stops (Annex No. 3 To The Swz). Estimated Number Of Students: Bus No. 1 - Route 1: 38 Students ± 4 Students (Minimum Number Of Students Is: 34, Maximum Number Of Students Is: 42), (Two Trips In The Morning, Three Trips In The Afternoon),Bus No. 2 - Route 2: 79 Students ± 8 Students (Minimum Number Of Students Is: 71, Maximum Number Of Students Is: 87), (Two Trips In The Morning, Three Trips In The Afternoon),Bus No. 3 - Route 3: 64 Students ± 6 Students (Minimum Number Of Students Is: 58, Maximum Number Of Students Is: 70), (Two Courses In The Morning, Three Courses In The Afternoon). 3. The Number Of Students Is A Forecast Value And May Change During The Execution Of The Order. The Ordering Party Allows For Changes In The Number Of Transported Students On Individual Routes Within The Minimum And Maximum Limits Specified In Chapter V, Section 2 Swz. 4. The Number Of Students Depends On The Number Of People Willing To Use Transport Within The Minimum And Maximum Limits Specified In Chapter V Section. 2 Swz.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Expect To Incur Additional Fees For Reducing The Number Of Transported Students, And The Contractor Will Not Make Any Claims Or Demand Financial Compensation If The Value Of The Order Is Lower Than Estimated By The Ordering Party. Provisions Regarding The Reduction Of Remuneration Due To Limited Transport Due To The Occurrence Of Crisis Situations: Epidemics Of Infectious Diseases, Teachers Strikes Or Operational Restrictions Introduced By Law In The Prescribed Manner For Other Reasons In A Given Settlement Period Shall Apply Accordingly. In Such A Case, The Director Of The School And Kindergarten Complex In Bądków Notifies The Contractor 3 Days In Advance About The Suspension Of The Contract Implementation, Indicating The Expected Period Of Non-Performance Of Deliveries. For This Period, The Contractor Is Entitled To Remuneration In The Amount Of 30% Of The Fees Expected For The Period Of Non-Delivery.6. The Order Will Take Place On All School Days In The 2026/2027 School Year, Excluding Winter Breaks, Holidays, And Days When The School Is Closed. If School Classes Are To Be Completed On Another Day Off, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Transport And Pick-Up Of Children In Accord
