Tenders Are Invited For Collective Accommodation Services With Full Board For Foreigners Referred By The Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship Office In Bydgoszcz

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision, From August 1 To December 31, 2026, Of Comprehensive Collective Accommodation Services With Full Board (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) For A Group Of Foreigners Referred By The Ordering Party, In A Total Number Of No More Than 58 (Fifty-Eight) People At A Time, Including No More Than 4 (Four) People With Disabilities, In A Facility With Sanitary Facilities Equipped With Cleaning Products, Meeting The Requirements Of The Regulations On Collective Accommodation Facilities And The Requirements Of Technical And Construction Regulations, As Well As Occupational Health And Safety, Fire Protection And Hygiene And Sanitary Requirements, Located In The Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, In A Place Providing Convenient Access To Public Transport And Commercial, Service And Medical Infrastructure.2. The Services Referred To Above Will Be Provided By The Contractor To The Ordering Party On The Basis Of The Act Of June 13, 2003 On Granting Protection To Foreigners In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 862), Hereinafter Referred To As The Act In This Section Of The Swz, In Connection With The Order Of The Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy, Reference Number: Dps-I.070.37.2026 Of June 11, 2026, Towards Persons Referred To In Art. 112 Section 3 Of The Act And Foreigners Who Suffered Injuries As A Result Of Hostilities Conducted In The Territory Of The Country Or Geographical Area Covered By The Decision Of The Council Of The European Union Stating The Existence Of A Mass Influx Of Displaced Persons Who Do Not Meet The Conditions Referred To In Art. 106 Of The Act, Who Were Transported To The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland In Order To Provide Health Care Services. A Detailed Description And Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Swz With Annexes.
