The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Maintenance Services, Including Periodic Technical Inspections, Remote Diagnostics And The Supply Of A Calibration Source For Medical Equipment Used By The Ordering Party. The Order Includes The Following Equipment: • Symbia Intevo 6 Gamma Camera, • Biograph Mct Pet-Ct Scanner. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1. Performing Periodic Inspections In Accordance With The Manufacturers Requirements, Applicable Laws And Technical Documentation Of Devices;2. Providing Remote Diagnostics And Technical Support Services To The Extent Enabling The Assessment Of The Technical Condition Of Devices And The Identification Of The Causes Of Irregularities;3. Delivery Of One Calibration Source In Each Year Of The Contract, Intended For The Equipment Used By The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Device Manufacturer And Applicable Regulations Regarding Radioactive Materials. All Services Covered By The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Recommendations Of The Device Manufacturer, Applicable Standards, Legal Regulations And With Due Diligence, By Persons With Appropriate Qualifications And Authorizations.
