The Subject Of The Order Concerns A Program Co-Financed Under A Partnership Agreement For The Implementation Of The Project Creating Local Support Systems For Seniors Under The Regional Program European Funds For The Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship 2021-2027, Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus, Agreement Concluded On The Basis Of Art. 39 Of The Act Of April 28, 2022 On The Principles Of Implementing Tasks Financed From European Funds In The Financial Perspective 2021-2027 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1079) Implemented Under Priority 9 Social And Health Services. Rehabilitation Packages: Trainer/Rehabilitator/Physiotherapist (Nordic Walking, Swimming Pool Classes, Yoga, Zumba, Stretching) - Comprehensive Service, Regional Program European Funds For Świętokrzyskie 2021-2027 Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus. 1) The Comprehensive Service Is To Include: A Specialized Rehabilitation Package For Project Participants, Lasting 14 Days Of Accommodation In A Specialized Rehabilitation Center. The Comprehensive Package Is Designed To Improve The Health And Well-Being Of Participants. The Rehabilitation Package Is To Include: Transport, Sojourn Tax, Insurance, Rehabilitation Services, Specialist Medical Care, Treatments, Including The Organization Of Classes, Such As Nordic Walking, Swimming Pool Classes, Yoga, Zumba, Stretching, Accommodation, Meals, And Packed Lunch. 2) The Ordering Party Envisages Participation In The Rehabilitation Package Of The Guardian Of Severely Disabled People, Or Equivalent Decisions. Participants Of The Package Staying Without A Guardian Will Be People Capable Of Independent Existence And Self-Service.3) The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Comprehensive Organization Of A Rehabilitation Package Along With The Provision Of Accommodation, Meals, Specialized Medical Care, Rehabilitation Treatments, Integration And Recreation Program, Personal Accident Insurance For All Beneficiaries During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Transport Of Participants From The Łagów Commune To The Center And Back, And A Sojourn Tax. Paiet Is Focused On Improving The Quality Of Life Of Participants Through Rehabilitation, Therapeutic And Educational Activities That Aim To Support Their Independence, Activity And Social Integration.
