Pursuant To The Provisions Of The Environmental Protection Law Of April 27, 2001, The Regional Director For Environmental Protection In Katowice, By Decision Of August 27, 2019, Reference Number: Wsi.513.10.2019.Kn, Entered The Area Including The Above-Mentioned Plots Into The Register Of Historical Land Surface Pollution, And Then By Decision Of July 2, 2024, Reference Number: Wsi.516.17.2023.Ah.11 Imposed The Obligation To Carry Out Soil And Earth Contamination Tests. The Scope Of The Research That Will Be Carried Out Is Specified In §9 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of September 1, 2016 On The Method Of Assessing Land Surface Pollution And Corresponds To The Fourth Stage Of Identification Of The Contaminated Area. In Particular, The Scope Of The Research Will Include: - Taking Soil Samples From 20 Surface Research Sections Taken From A Depth Range Of 0-0.25 M Below Ground Level; - Drilling 30 Test Holes To A Depth Of 5 M Below Ground Level. And Collecting Soil Samples From The Following Depth Ranges: 0.25-1 M Below Ground Level, 1-3 M Below Ground Level, 3-5 M Below Ground Level; - Performing Accredited Laboratory Analyzes Of Soil Samples; - Testing The Water Permeability Of Soil And Soil In All Samples Taken From A Depth Exceeding 0.25 M Below Ground Level; - Preparing A Test Report Along With Determining The Scope Of The Next, Fifth Stage Of Research.
