If The Manufacturers Name Appears In The Annexes To The Swz, The Products May Be Replaced With Equivalent Ones.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
