The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Transport Services In The Field Of Transporting Disabled Children From Their Place Of Residence To Schools And Educational Institutions And Bringing Them Home After School In The Contractors Cars Adapted To Transport Disabled People, Including People In Wheelchairs. 2. Approximately 27 Students Will Be Transported. This Number Is Subject To Change.3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented As Part Of Four Tasks: 1) First Task (A) - Transport Of Children, Including A Child In A Wheelchair, To Educational Institutions In Leszno. The List Of Children Covered By Transport Under Task A Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Contract.2) Task Two (B) - Transport Of Children To Educational Institutions In Warsaw. The List Of Children Covered By Transport Under Task B Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Contract.3) Task Three (C) - Transport Of Children To Educational Institutions In Laski, Izabelin Łomianki And Warsaw. The List Of Children Covered By Transport Under Task C Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Contract. 4) Task Four (D) - Transport Of Children To Special Schools In Brwinów And Ożarów Mazowiecki. The List Of Students Covered By Transport Under Task D Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Contract.
