The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Catering Services, By Which The Ordering Party Understands The Preparation, Delivery And Serving Of Meals To Preschool Children (3-6 Years Old) Attending Public Kindergarten No. 1 Zielony Dinek. Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: A) Meals Will Be Delivered Every Day Of The Week From Monday To Friday, Excluding Days Off From Kindergarten Classes. B) The Daily Number Of Children Covered By The Subject Of The Order Is No More Than 150 Children Of Preschool Age. C) The Service Will Be Provided To The Building Of The Public Kindergarten No. 1 At Ul. Dzika 36 In Ząbki. D) An All-Day Meal For One Child Consists Of: Breakfast, A Two-Course Dinner, An Afternoon Snack And Drinks With Meals. E) Estimated Number Of Days Of Meal Delivery During The Contract Period: 250. Estimated Number Of All-Day Meals During The Contract Period: 37,500. F) The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Meals Of The Highest Standard, Based On The Highest Quality Products And Safety In Accordance With Haccp Standards. G) Meals Must Meet The Nutritional Requirements Recommended By The Institute Of Mother And Child For Preschool Children Aged 3 To 6 Years And The Institute Of Food And Nutrition. H) Meals Cannot Be Prepared From Semi-Finished Products. Due To The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Obligation For The Contractor Or One Of The Contractors Jointly Submitting The Offer To Personally Perform Key Parts Of The Order, I.E. In The Field Of Food Preparation (Production Process). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Conditions Of Its Implementation Are Presented In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Constitutes The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement With Annexes.
