Tenders are invited for Lead Trainer & Incubation Manager. Service Location: Ramallah, Hebron, Nablus, Birzeit, Al Eizariya Call for Lead Trainer & Incubation ManagerUrban Up: Municipal Innovation Incubator Palestine TechnoPark (PTP), in partnership with GIZ, is seeking a Lead Trainer & Incubation Manager to lead the incubation phase of the Urban Up Municipal Innovation Incubator, a program that turns civic-technology ideas into deployed smart-city solutions in partnership with four Palestinian municipalities: Birzeit, Nablus, Dura, and Al-Eizariya. The Lead Trainer will lead the incubation journey end-to-end delivering training and mentorship, following up with and evaluating the startup teams, working with the partner municipalities and joining field visits, managing the seed fund allocation to the winning teams, and supporting implementation through to graduation. Candidates should have a proven track record in incubation or acceleration, strong training and facilitation skills, experience working with municipalities or the public sector, and fluency in Arabic and English.
