Tenders Are Invited For Improvement Of Mt 148 Keravantie, Keinukalliontie And Ratatie Four-Prong Junction, As Well As Keinukalliontie (Construction Contractor)

The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Improvement Of The Four-Pronged Intersection Between Keinukalliontie And Ratatie Of The City Streets Of Kerava, Mt 148 Keravantie, Managed By Elinvoimakeskus In Kerava, To A Traffic Light Controlled One. The Contract Includes The Implementation Of Traffic Lights At The Intersection, Renewal Of Traffic And Guidance Signs, And The Construction Of Keinukallionties Lane Arrangements And Lighting To The Extent Presented In The Plans And Documents, Including All Work Phases To Achieve The Finished Result. The Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor Of The Project And As The Main Implementer As Defined By The Legislation. The Project Also Includes Moving Cables As Shown In The Contract Program And Plans. An Implementation Agreement Has Been Drawn Up For The Project Between The City Of Kerava And Uusimaas Elinvoimakeskus. The Contract Has Not Been Signed Yet, But The Draft Contract Is Attached To The Request For Tender. The Construction And Warranty Period Contractual Obligations Concerning The City Of Kerava, Including Possible Sanctions, Will Be Transferred To The Selected Main Contractor As Such. The Type Of Contract Is The Total Price Contract. Based On The Competition, One (1) Contractor Will Be Selected. The Contract Period Begins When The Contract Is Signed. The Contract Must Be Completed With Approval In Its Entirety By June 30, 2027. The Contract Includes An Intermediate Goal According To The Contract Program. Making Parallel Offers Is Prohibited. If The Tenderer Makes Parallel Offers, The Tenderer Will Be Excluded From The Tender. The Report Consultation Will Take Place In Week 33. Plans In Dwg Format Will Be Delivered On A Separate Request (In The Case Of Keinukalliontie, As An Attachment To The Request For Tenders). The Request Will Be Sent To The Contact Person Of The Request For Tender By E-Mail. The Procurement Should Have Been Presented At The Market Dialogue Organized By Keravakaupungi On 22 May 2026 Before The Publication Of The Actual Request For Tender.
