The Object Of The Procurement Is A Transferable Business Space Solution For The Ownership Of The Purchasing Entity That Enables The Implementation Of Pact (The Eus New Migration And Asylum Agreement). The Prerequisite Is A Turnkey Implementation, Including Planning, Installation And Managing The Permit Process With Building Control. The Object Of The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In The Appendix To The Notice, Market Survey. This Is Not A Procurement Notice Or Request For Tender, But Rather A Market Survey And A Request For Information. Failure To Respond To A Request For Information Does Not Prevent Participation In A Possible Tender. The Request For Information Does Not Oblige The Finnish Immigration Service To Carry Out The Actual Tender. Responses To The Information Request Are Expected In The Manner Specified In Section 4. The Answers Given To The Request For Information Become Public When A Decision And An Agreement Are Made In The Possible Acquisition Related To The Matter (Julkl 6§). If, Based On The Survey, It Is Decided That The Contract Will Not Be Concluded At All, The Documents Will Become Public Upon The Signature Of The Aforementioned Decision. If The Respondents Answers Contain Business And Professional Secrets Or Other Confidential Information, The Parts Of The Answer In Question Must Be Identified And Submitted In A Separate Appendix Marked As Confidential. The Request For Information Is Not Binding On Either Party. Decisions On The Way To Proceed And The Organization And Implementation Of A Possible Tender Are Made In Accordance With The Procedures And Regulations For Public Procurement After The Information Request Procedure. The Object Of The Procurement And The Information Request Procedure Are Described In More Detail In The Appendix Of This Information Request. The Procurement Unit Asks Interested Parties To Familiarize Themselves With The Attached Material.
