The Procurement Is A Matter Of Other Joint Procurement According To Section 21 Of The Procurement Act, Where The City Of Kotka, The City Of Hamina And The Municipality Of Pyhtää (Procurement Units) Have Agreed To Carry Out A Single Procurement Together. The City Of Kotka Is Responsible For Procurement Preparation, Tendering, Decision-Making And Signing Of Procurement Contracts, As Well As Contract Monitoring (In The Background, The Agreement Between The Procurement Units On The Competent Authority For Regional Road Transport And The Regional Passenger Transport Unit). Through The Bidding Process, One (1) Year-Long Framework Arrangements Are Established For Each Procurement Unit: 1. Subdivision Kotka City Order Drives2. Sub-Area Hamina City Order Drives3.
