Tenders Are Invited For Jiříkov Community House - Building Modifications

As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, Complex Building Modifications And Modernization Of The Existing Two-Storey Multifunctional Building Of The Community House In Jiříkov (No. 92) Will Be Carried Out, Which Will Create A Background For Sports Purposes, A Social Hall And Spaces For A Childrens Group. The Main Goal Of The Project Is The Overall Reconstruction Of Dilapidated Structures, Ensuring Barrier-Free Access To All Areas And Significantly Reducing The Energy Demand Of The Building. Construction Work Will Begin With The Demolition Of Internal Partitions, Inadequate Social Facilities, And Above All, The Complete Demolition Of The Existing Roof, Cornices And Dangerous Roofing Made Of Asbestos Eternite. The Structural Renovation Will Include The Construction Of A New Reinforced Concrete Crown And Steel Transverse Frames, On Which A New Wooden Roof With A Folded Sheet Metal Covering Will Be Installed. Part Of The Internal Layout Will Be The Construction Of New Plasterboard Constructions And The Installation Of A Stair Inclined Lifting Platform Ensuring Access For Immobile People To The 2Nd Floor. Furthermore, The Complete Envelope Of The Building Will Be Insulated. The Perimeter Walls Will Be Lined With Mineral Wool 200 Mm Thick With Thin-Layer Plaster, The Plinth Part Will Be Insulated With Perimeter Polystyrene And Provided With Stone Cladding. The Original Fillings Of The Openings Will Be Replaced By New Plastic Windows And Doors With Insulating Triple Glazing. New Concrete Floors With Thermal Insulation, Waterproofing And Final Surfaces In The Form Of Ceramic Tiles Or Load-Bearing Pvc Will Be Implemented In The Interior. All Technical Installations Of The Building (Tzb) Will Undergo Fundamental Modernization. The Building Will Be Newly Heated By A Central Air-To-Water Heat Pump, Supplemented By Forced Ventilation With Heat Recovery Ensuring Hygienic Air Exchange. The Works Include Completely New Internal Water Supply Lines, High-Current Electrical Installations And Lightning Conductors. Sewage Water Will Be Diverted To The Newly Built In-House Wastewater Treatment Plant And Rainwater Will Be Collected In A Retention Tank With Controlled Drainage Into A Cesspit On The Property.
