Legal Responsibility And Contractual Follow-Up In Its Own Organization Rests With The Individual County Council Or Business As Contracting Party. The Procurement Concerns The Establishment Of A Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of Telephony Services For Clients Covered By The Agreement. The Framework Agreement Will Include The Delivery Of Telephone Services To County Councils, Municipalities And Other Public Institutions, A Total Of 98 Businesses. The Delivery Includes Ip Telephony And Mobile Telephony With Associated Functionalities, As Well As Administrative And Mercantile Solutions. The Services Apply To Subscriptions And Traffic For Fixed And Mobile Telephony, As Well As Associated Services Within The Telephony Area. Basically, This Includes All Parts Of The Businesss Activity. The Clients Main Areas For Service Production Are Public Administration, Primary And Secondary Education, Vocational Schools, Public Transport And Health And Care Services. The Services Are Partly Carried Out From Fixed Service Locations, But Also To A Significant Extent Through Mobile Service Provision, For Example Within Public Transport And Municipal Care Services. An Overarching Objective Of The Agreement Is To Ensure That The Clients Have Access To Cost-Effective Communication Solutions For Service Production Throughout The Entire Agreement Period. The Delivery Must Be Able To Be Developed In Step With Technological Development And At The Same Time Support Other Technology That Is Used To Cover Specific Needs In Service Production. Examples Of Such Related Needs Are Welfare Technology In The Health Sector As Well As Monitoring And Remote Monitoring Related To Buildings, Ferry Quays, Ticket Machines, Weather Stations And Other Technical Installations. It Is Therefore Important That The Requested Services Can Be Delivered In The Geographical Areas Where The Technology Is To Be Used.
