The Delivery Deadline Is Proposed By The Participant, But It Should Not Be Longer Than 90 /Ninety/ Calendar Days. This Period Begins To Run From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract. Warranty Period: The Warranty Period Of The Delivered Equipment Cannot Be Shorter Than 12 /Twelve/ Months, And This Period Begins To Run From The Date Of Installation And Commissioning Of The Delivered Equipment. The Contracting Authority Will Award This Public Procurement By Determining The Most Economically Advantageous Offer Under The Lowest Price Criterion, According To Art. 70, Para. 2, Item 1 Of The Civil Code.
