No. 7, 8 And 9, Residential Area Garlianitsa, Town Of Radomir Separate Position No. 2 - Providing External Expert Assistance For The Organization And Management Of A Project: Support For Sustainable Energy Renovation Of A Multi-Family Residential Building, Block No. 3, Residential Complex Noe, Town Of Radomir The Subject Of The Order For Each Of The Individual Positions Is The Assignment Of Activities For The Provision Of External Expert Assistance For The Organization And Management Of A Project. Organization And Management Of The Project Envisages At Least The Following Tasks: -Ensuring The Strict Implementation And Non-Admission Of Deviations From The Grant Agreement; - The Preparation Of Reports, Opinions, Letters And Correspondence With Interested Parties Regarding The Management, Implementation And Reporting Of The Project, As Well As Participation In Meetings Between Representatives Of Partners And Interested Parties; - Participation In The Process Of Carrying Out Documentary Checks (Verifications) On The Invoices And Other Documents Of Equivalent Evidentiary Value Submitted By The Contractors Under The Individual Contracts; - Monitors The Uncompromising Application Of The Principle Of Doing No Minor Harm In All Activities Of The Project Implementation, In Accordance With Regulation (Eu) 2020/852, As Well As In Accordance With Technical Guidelines For The Application Of The Principle Of Doing No Significant Harm, As Well As Others.
