The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Manufacture, Delivery And Installation (If Necessary) Of Furniture - Cabinet Furniture For The Needs Of The Medical University Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov - Varna, Referred To Below As Goods/Article And/Or Furniture, According To The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1). The Order Includes Periodic Deliveries Of Furniture After Prior Requests From The Contracting Authority. The Furniture That The Employer Can Request Is Divided Into The Following Groups: 1. Furniture Individualized By Type And Size In The Technical Specification; 2. Furniture Made According To A Project Using Only The Materials Included In The Technical Specification; 3. Furniture According To An Individual Project (Option). In Each Request, The Employer Specifies The Type Of Furniture, Size, Color And Quantity, According To The Functionality Of The Premises And The Specific Need. The Quantities Indicated In The Documentation Are Estimated For The Duration Of The Contract And Will Serve In The Evaluation Of Offers. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Specified Quantities Of Goods According To Its Needs And Financial Security. The Order Includes An Estimated Quantity Of 348 Pcs. And 100 L.M. Of 77 Types Of Furniture Individualized By Type And Size In The Technical Specification And 1,004 Sq.M., 3,125 L.M., 1,074 Pcs. And 44 Sets Of 73 Types Of Materials For Making Furniture According To A Project. The Individualized Furniture In Terms Of Type And Size And The Materials For Making A Project Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1), And If Necessary, The Employer Can Also Order Materials, Hardware, Accessories, Etc. Not Included In The Technical Specification In Connection With The Implementation Of An Individual Project, Subject To Compliance With The Provisions Of Article 116, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code.
