The Subject Of This Public Procurement Covers The Logistical Provision Of The Preparation, Organization And Holding Of The Fifteenth Annual Forum Of The Eu Strategy For The Danube Region (Danube Strategy), Within The Framework Of The Bulgarian Presidency Of The Danube Strategy In 2026. The Main Purpose Of The Service Is To Assist The Ministry Of Regional Development And Public Works In Providing Logistical Support For The Preparation, Organization And Holding Of The Fifteenth Annual Forum Of The Eu Strategy For The Danube Region (Annual Forum), Within The Framework Of The Bulgarian Presidency Of The Danube Strategy In 2026. The Forum Includes The Organization And Holding Of A Ministerial Meeting, Plenary And Thematic Sessions And Accompanying Events. The Annual Forum Will Last For Two Days - November 3-4, 2026 (Tuesday-Wednesday). The Official Language For Holding The Forum And Overall Communication Is English.
