The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Supply Of Food Products (Also Referred To As Goods) For The Needs Of The Zornitsa Rest Station Of The Medical University Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov - Varna, Located In The Village Of Zornitsa, Chepelare Municipality, Smolyan Region, According To The Attached Technical Specification (Appendixes #1.1÷#1.2). If Necessary, The Contracting Authority May Request Goods For The Needs Of Affiliates And Departments Of Medical University Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov - Varna, In Which Case, In The Specific Written Request, The Necessary Data For Issuing An Invoice Shall Be Indicated. Estimated Quantity Of The Public Procurement By: Op No. 1: 46,062 Units (Number, Kilogram, Box, Liter, Package, Package) Of Food Products, According To The Attached Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1.1) And Op #2: 2,500 Units (Number, Liter) Of Organic Food Products, According To The Attached Technical Specification (Appendix #1.2). The Specified Quantities Of Products In The Technical Specification (Appendices #1.1÷#1.2) Are Estimated For A Period Of 24 Months. Requesting The Type And Quantities Is Determined By The Contracting Authority Depending On Its Specific Needs And Financial Security. The Contracting Authority Is Not Bound/Limited By The Specified Estimated Value And Volume Of The Contract And Their Full Expenditure And/Or Excess Given The Necessity And The Specific (Specific) Needs Of Food Products Included In The Subject Of The Relevant Separate Items. The Products Included In Op No. 2 Of This Public Procurement Fall Within The Scope Of The Requirements Of Art. 47A, Para. 1 And Para. 2 Of The Zop And Ordinance No. H-1 Of July 23, 2024 On The Environmental Requirements For Certain Products Subject To Public Procurement, In The Product Group Part: Food, Catering Services And Vending Machines For Food And Beverages. According To The Requirements Specified In The Regulation, The Food And Beverages Included In The List Of Organic Food Products Must Have Been Produced In Accordance With The Requirements Of Regulation (Eu) 2018/848 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of May 30, 2018 Regarding Organic Production And Labeling Of Organic Products And For The Repeal Of Regulation (Ec) No. 834/2007 Of The Council And Its Implementing Acts.
