The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Consumables (Toner Cartridges And Drums) For The Available Computer, Duplicating And Printing Equipment For The Needs Of The Municipal Administration And The Budgetary Support Units Of The Municipality Of Svishtov. Consumables (Toner Cartridges And Drums) Must Be Factory New, Unused, Non-Recycled, In Original Factory Packaging With A Hologram Sign, Which Has Not Been Discontinued On The Date Of Delivery, Manufactured In The Factories Of The Manufacturers Of The Respective Brand Of Equipment And Meet All Technical And Environmental Parameters. Delivery Of Compatible Consumables (From Reputable Manufacturers And Of Proven Quality) Is Allowed Only For The Items Marked Compatible. All Proposed Consumables Must Meet The Normatively Established Quality Requirements For Safety When Used By End Users. At The Time Of Delivery, Consumables Must Have A Remaining Shelf Life Of Not Less Than 75% Of The Entire Contract Period. The Contracting Authority Will Declare The Periodically Arising Needs Of Consumables For Duplicating And Printing Equipment By Means Of A Request Sent By Courier, E-Mail Or Fax. The Delivery Time Is Up To 48 Hours After Sending A Request For The Necessary Quantities Of Consumables. Individual Deliveries Will Be Made On A Business Day, During Business Hours From 8:30 A.M. To 5:00 P.M. The Packaging And Transport Of The Consumables Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor. They Must Be Delivered In Suitable Packaging So That Protection From External Influences And Damage Is Ensured During The Transportation And Delivery Of The Same To The Place Of Delivery Specified By The Employer. Estimated Total Number Of Toner Cartridges And Drums For 12 Months - 1662 Pieces The Detailed Types Of Consumables And Requirements Are, According To The Technical Specification, Part Of The Participation Documentation.
