The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Stainless Steel Emergency Clamps. The Products Are Required To Provide Fast, Economical And Long-Lasting Repair Of Broken Or Damaged Pipes Made Of Steel, Eternite, Hdpe And Pvc. Deliveries Will Be Made Upon Request By The Contracting Authority For Account And With The Contractors Transport To The Contracting Authoritys Warehouse. Product Requirements And Characteristics: 1. The Elements Of The Clamps Must Be Made Of Stainless Steel Aisi 304 Or Equivalent With A Sheet Thickness Of 0.5/0.8 Mm; 2. The Stainless Bolts Closing The Bracket Must Be Allen, Class A2 And Coated Against Sticking, The Nuts And Washers Must Also Be Stainless; 3. The Sealant Should Be Made Of An Epdm Rubber Compound /Approved For Contact With Drinking Water/, With Cells On The Pipe And Smooth On The Outside. 4. The Sealant Is Securely Glued To The Clamp And The Metal Pad Is Attached To It At The Point Of Closing The Clamp. 5. The Sealant Must Be Complete /Not From Separate Elements/, With Its Two Ends Overlapping At Least 60 Mm To Ensure Watertightness. 6. The Emergency Clamps Must Withstand Short-Term Constant Pressure, Which Is 1.5 Times Higher Than The Nominal One, And Under Pressure Up To - 0.25 Bar At A Temperature Of Up To 60 °C. 7. The Emergency Clamps Should Ensure Hermeticity Under Working Conditions And At A Constant Pressure Of 5, 10 And 15 Atm. Without Requiring Additional Manipulation To Ensure Their Water Tightness. 8. The Elements Of The Bracket Must Be Secured Against Accidental Disassembly During Transport And Installation. 9. Each Bracket Must Have A Sticker Showing The Manufacturer, Size, Pressure, Range, And What Pipe It Is Intended For: Ethernet, Steel, Cast Iron, Pvc, Pevp; 10. The Clamps Should Be In Packages Ensuring Their Storage In Warehouse Conditions.
