The Execution Of The Public Order Includes The Activities That Are Related To The Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase, Carrying Out The Necessary Construction, As Well As Exercising Authors Supervision During Construction. Implementation Through Engineering Is Foreseen, Which Should Include Three Main Groups Of Activities: Activity I. Development Of An Investment Project In The Working Project Phase In Relevant Parts, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Zut And The Current Sub-Normative Regulations, Specified In The Technical Specification To This Documentation. Activity Ii. Implementation Of The Smr On The Basis Of The Developed And Approved Investment Project, In Compliance With The Requirements Of All Laws, Rules, Regulations In Force In The Republic Of Bulgaria At The Moment, Regarding The Implementation Of Objects And Works Of Such A Nature, According To The Technical Specifications.
