The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes Construction Activities For The Reconstruction Of Tsar Ivan Asen Street Between Ot 214,215,216,217,218,219,221 In The Section From The Intersection With Prof. K. Galabov Street At Ot214 To The Intersection With Preslav Street At Ot221. The Construction Activities Planned For Implementation Are As Follows: 1/ Construction Of A New Road Surface With The Following Construction: Dense Asphalt Concrete Type A Wearing Layer Of The Coating - E 1=1200 Mpa - H=4 Cm. Non-Dense Asphalt Concrete (Binder) For The Bottom Layer Of The Coating - E2= 1000 Mpa- H=6 Cm. Bottom Layer Of Tr. Stone With N.P.Z – E4 = 350 Mpa- H= 40Cm; 2/ Drainage Of The Street Is Planned To Be Superficial, By Means Of Transverse And Longitudinal Slopes, The Planned Transverse Slope Is One-Sided, Which Aims To Lead The Water To The Rainwater Shafts And Transverse Intersections; It Is Planned To Clean All Revisions, As Well As To Replace The Covers Of The Rsh With New Self-Leveling Ones.; 3/ It Is Planned To Dismantle All Curbs And Leading Strips And Build New Concrete Curbs 15/25, As Well As Build A Sidewalk With A Unipavage Surface With H= 6 Cm. On Both Sides Of The Traffic Lane; 4/ It Is Planned To Lower Concrete Curbs And Sidewalks At The Intersections In Order To Provide An Accessible Environment, In Front Of The Entrances To The Properties, It Is Also Planned To Lower The Sidewalks And Install A Unipavage With H= 8 Cm, Due To The Fact That Vehicles Will Pass Through Them. The Approximate Length Of The Considered Section Is 554 M. With The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Aim Is To Restore And Improve The Transport-Operational Qualities And Load-Bearing Capacity Of The Pavement And To Ensure Conditions Of Traffic Safety And Good Drainage. Building Permit No. 29 Dated 18.12.2025 Was Issued For The Site/Construction By The Chief Architect Of The Municipality Of Perushtitsa. The Object/Construction Is A Fourth Category Based On Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 4, Letter A Of The Zut And According To Art. 8, Para. 1, Item 2 Of Ordinance No. 1/30.07.2003 On The Nomenclature For Types Of Construction.
