(“Dnv”) To Provide The Above-Noted Services And Bc Hydro’S Requirements. Justification Bc Hydro Has Not Called For Consultant Proposals For This Contract. After Careful Research And Consideration, It Is Believed That The Consultant Identified Above Is The Only Consultant Capable Of Meeting The Specific Requirements Of This Engagement. Bc Hydro Has Not Been Able To Identify Other Known Consultants With Relevant Experience And Expertise, The Approach Will Be To Engage With Dnv To Use Their Extensive Expertise And Network Within Subsea Cable Industry To Define Project Specific Work Methods And Cost Estimates.
