Type Of Service The Content Of The Framework Agreement Is The Legal And Strategic Advice On Eu State Aid Law As Well As The Development Of Opinions On Eu State Aid Law In Connection With The Application Of The Eu Regulations For State Aid In Accordance With Sections 107-109 Of The Treaty On The Functioning Of The European Union (Tfeu) For The Ministry For The Environment, Nature Conservation And Transport Of The State Of North Rhine-Westphalia (Munv) And Its Subordinate Departments. The Primary Goal - In Addition To Advising/Supporting The State Of North Rhine-Westphalia In Eu State Aid Proceedings Before The Eu Commission - Is To Increase Legal Certainty And To Prevent And Avert Audit Proceedings Or Repayments By The European Commission For Planned And Realized Grants From The Munv And The Subordinate Departments To Third Parties. To Do This, Among Other Things, Targeted Statements, Strategies And Lines Of Argument Are Developed That Enable The European Commission To Make Positive Decisions For The State Of North Rhine-Westphalia And Prevent Possible Claims For Reimbursement From The Funding Recipients And, If Necessary, The State.
