Tenders Are Invited For Expansion Of Alfter High School / Total Contractor Agreement

The Municipality Of Alfter Intends To Build A New Extension Building For The High School At The Location Of The Existing Oedekoven School Campus (Am Rathaus 11, 53347 Alfter-Oedekoven). The Subject Of The Project Is The Construction Of A New Extension Building, Basically In Three-Dimensional Wood Or Wood-Hybrid Modular Construction, With Functional And Structural Integration Of The Already Renovated Existing Building And The Adjacent Sports Hall. The Total Educational Space Is Approximately 7,400 M² And Is Divided Between The Existing Building And The New Building. In Contrast To The Modular Construction Method, The Ground Floor (Slope Location, Concrete/Waterproof Concrete) And The Arena (Wooden Construction, No Modular Construction) Are To Be Constructed In A Conventional Construction Method. The New School Expansion Building Is Scheduled To Be Put Into Operation At The Beginning Of The 2029/2030 School Year (By May 2029 At The Latest). Early Commissioning At The Start Of The 2028/2029 School Year (By 05/2028) Is The Aim And Will Be Particularly Evaluated As An Award Criterion. The School Year 2027/2028 And Possibly 2028/2029 Can Take Place In Interim Operation (Container Solution).
