The Wahnbachtalsperre Association (Wtv) Supplies The Bonn/Rhein-Sieg/Eifel-Ahr Region With Drinking Water. For This Purpose, The Wtv Operates, Among Other Things, A Pumping Station/An Elevated Tank In Alfter-Gielsdorf To Pump And Store Drinking Water. The Operational Building At The Site Currently Has A Flat Roof With An Approximately 30-Year-Old Foil Seal, Which Is In Poor Condition And Therefore Needs To Be Replaced. The Roof Area Is Around 610 M M².For Reasons Of Sustainable And Low-Maintenance Roof Sealing, The Roof Renewal Is Planned With A Zinc Double Standing Seam Covering. The New Roof Is Designed As A Pent Roof With A Slope Of 10° And A Roof Overhang Of 1.00 M On All Sides. Drainage Takes Place Via An External Gutter. To Protect The Ring Beam, The New Angled Standing Seam Facade Is Led Up To The Lower Edge Of The Concrete. The Construction Was Dimensioned So That A Subsequent Installation Of A Photovoltaic System Is Possible.
