The Acquisition Will Be Carried Out In Strict Accordance With Current Legislation, The Administrative Bases, The Technical Bases, The Technical Specifications Detailed In Annexes No. 3A, 3B, 3C And 3D And The Other Documents That Form An Integral Part Of This Bidding Process.
