In The Context Of The Execution Of The “Plan Habitar Lo Hermida” Program Agreement, The Contracting Of A Comprehensive Service For The Implementation And Operation Of A Winter School Through An Ecological And Inclusive Ice Rink Is Required. The Service Must Consider, At Least, The Supply, Installation, Enabling, Operation, Maintenance And Dismantling Of An Ecological Ice Rink Of Between 100 And 200 Square Meters M², With Capacity For A Maximum Of 40 Simultaneous Users. Likewise, The Provider Must Consider All The Elements Necessary For The Correct Functioning Of The Activity, Including Equipment For Users, Support And Supervision Personnel, Security Measures, Signage, And Other Requirements Necessary For The Adequate Provision Of The Service.
